BUSINESS: WABCO & FUWA Joint Venture at Tai Shan

REPORTING TO: Site Leader

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:
Provide machining expertise with appropriate equipment, machines, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and quality equipment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and implement the process systems in operation, including WI
•Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP
•Specify machine requirements
•Identify and Select machine equipment suppliers
•Define machine equipment build schedules
•Define machine and assembly equipment layouts
•Install and quality machining process
•Maintain Rate Routings in SAP
•Design fixtures and tools
•Maintain the effectiveness of all machining related equipment
•Continuous process improvement activities
•Responsible for production output
•Provide product and process related training VS members
•Promote safety awareness
•Maintain 5S standards

EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum 3 years of operational experience in CNC machine tool environment of heavy ductile iron parts
•Experienced in working with both VMC & HMC applications  
•Hands-on working experience of project planning and equipment installation
•Experience in CNC precision machine & grinding
•Experience in heat treatment processes

PROFILE:
•Competent in English (acceptable verbal and wriiten)
•Min Bachelor or higher in ME/Mfg Eng
•Experience with jig, fixture, tool design
•CNC programming on FANUC or similar control systems
•Hydraulic control system design for fixture
•Experience of 5-Axis machine technologies
•Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
•Experience with Pro-E
•Exposure to lean concepts
