MAINTENANCE LIAISON ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee Maintenance Organization service providers by carrying out Ramp Liaison and Line Maintenance Quality Checks in Hong Kong.• Support Maintenance Control functions and management of routine maintenance with onsite support.• Support AOGs in Hong Kong with onsite support and ensuring sufficient manpower assignment to achieve efficient aircraft recovery.• Ensuring appropriate spares and equipment are available in Ramp for aircraft trouble shooting and recovery.• Initiate in continuous improvement projects for Ramp operations. Requirements:• Holder of a Higher Diploma or above in aircraft engineering or any related discipline and / or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in aircraft maintenance.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or engineering roles.• Holder of valid aircraft maintenance basic license(s) eg. HKAR, FAA, EASA, CCAR, etc. or equivalent would be an advantage.• Previous experience in aviation maintenance (145) would be an advantage.• Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS).• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.• Proficient in MS Office applications and data analysis software applications.• Shift duty and duty travel may be required.• Independent, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.• Holder of driving license.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERThe candidate reports to Manager, Quality Assurance (MQA) to maintain the quality assurance system of GBA Engineering (AOC Part Two) and ensure the standard of accomplishment meets the regulatory requirements, quality standards, safety standards, maintenance agreements and GBA requirement.Key Responsibilities• Carry out audit on AMOs, FTM, AIM, line stations / third party contractors, as well as fuel audit required by IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP)• Conduct investigation to safety reports and MOR events• Manage, monitor and perform aircraft technical surveillance programme and store inspection programme• Assist to manage and monitor compliance with the requirements of the CAD AOC Maintenance Support Arrangement and IOSA• Conduct / prepare for CMR / C of A Renewal / Issue for the fleet• Liaise with CAD on matters pertaining to the airworthiness of the Company aircraft fleet• Furnish reports to CAD of accidents / incidents that could impact hazards, safety, and airworthiness• Assist to manage the system for monitoring and/or amending the MME as per CAD and IOSA requirements• Perform other duties as assigned by the MQA Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or any related discipline or aircraft maintenance technician with additional education acceptable to the job• Minimum of 8 years working experience in aeronautical industry• Experienced in the company systems and procedures, and technically knowledgeable of the aircraft being maintained• Attended training courses such as Hong Kong Airworthiness, Lead Auditor, Human Factors and/or Safety Management System is preferred• Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS)• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese• Duty travel may be required • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills• Ability to work effectively across functions at all levels

RIDING ENGINEER

RIDING ENGINEER The candidate reports to Manager, Maintenance Operations and performs riding duties between Hong Kong and outports. Key Responsibilities• Perform maintenance duties during aircraft transits which include but not limited to defect trouble shooting, aircraft inspection, certification, and AOG spare part inspection• Ensure all maintenance works on aircraft, engines, components, and equipment are recorded and carried out properly• Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification / deferral• Establish a good co-operational relationship with local MROs, service providers, and agents• Other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements• Holder of a Higher Diploma or above in aircraft engineering or any related discipline and / or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in aircraft maintenance• Valid aircraft maintenance basic license(s) holder (HKAR, FAA, EASA, CCAR, etc.) or equivalent and type rated to the airline’s operating fleet would be an advantage• Minimum 5 years of working experience in aircraft maintenance with at least 3 years aircraft CRS experience• Exposure in 737 series aircraft maintenance certification experience is highly preferred• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player• Independent and ability to work under pressure with good decision making• Shift duties on a roster basis• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Riding Engineer
